Best Fundraising Ideas Using eBay – Like other businesses the fundraising business has seen a remarkable change since the internet. Every day there are new tools, software and websites that make fundraising not only easier but much more fun. One of my favorite sites is eBay.com fundraising

There are many different ways you can use eBay and use it as a service to raise funds:

  • Sell your member of garbage – this is something I do to raise money for my son’s preschool. I collect items from the attic members, closet and garage and sell them on eBay. We climbed more than $ 3,000 for our small preschool, which a lot to us. However, even though I got a volunteer to help, that’s the way you work too much. At that time, eBay is my business and I know what I’m doing. I cannot imagine someone who does not know anything about business collecting or selling on eBay to try this.
  • Sell your members using the eBay seller trash professionals – Since eBay has become a major profession for many people, there is currently a business that specializes in selling to you. Find a business like that and they do all the work. All you have to do is collect the items and they will advertise, sell, and ship the goods for you and send you a check. You can find a seller on eBay who live near you through the eBay Trading Assistant program, or use services such as Auction Drop or I-Soldit.
  • The new items are donated by members – Many times members will donate products rather than money. EBay makes it easy for you to sell these goods. Not only will you probably get a better price in a market that has millions of buyers but also will improve your organization’s visibility and potentially attract new members.
  • Selling local and national gift certificates – I’ve been doing this with the preschool auction. In addition to selling the goods of members, we collect local and national gift certificates. Most businesses are generous and gladly provide a certificate. If the business that donated the certificate to have a website, I put a link to it from the eBay add The great thing about gift certificates list on eBay is that you do not need to take a picture and description is easy. If you have an inventory of these items you can have an ongoing auction sale of the item (you have to re-list it every seven days).
